I wanted to reach out and let you know that Washington International School has partnered with Thomas A Evans Consulting to launch the Strategic Edge Institute, a hands-on and practical series of workshops on Education Edge and integration across your enterprise.  We have designed the curriculum of the courses to focus on collaboration, discussion, sharing, exchanging --- with a premium on hands-on time to work with your own school data and flesh out solutions that really work for you.

Thomas Evans has been working here at WIS as a "consultant in residence" for the last three months, helping us maximize our integration of EE/FE/RE as well as think strategically about the roadmap for leveraging the tools for more powerful impact within our data-based decision-making model.  Unlike a number of consultants I have worked with, he is incredibly vast in his knowledge of the Blackbaud products, but absolutely driven to listen closely, think broadly and advise on the most practical and authentic use of the tools within our specific context.  His bedside manner is superb, and he is as incredibly effective doing coaching, training and personal consultation as he is crunching data and configuration on the back-end.   I find him to be the rare kind of consultant that knows his area very well, but whose primary agenda is working with the school to craft a solution that genuinely meets their needs.
