Demetri,

Great little Ning you have going here. Very nicely done.

I'm currently an organizational performance consultant with the U.S. Coast Guard; I've been an internal consultant, with a focus on organizational leadership and management, for a dozen years. I'm called, however, to return as a senior leader at a small, independent, secondary, boarding school. I was following a head of school hunt and discovered this network. How fortuitous.

More than anyone cares about me and my search can be found at http://cv.peterstinson.com.

One comment about your setup: I love the requirement for posting in the clear, and I agree that "anonymity can provoke less thoughtful reflection in online discussion." You're on the money, and your brief statement is the most concise and on-target I've seen at least in a long while. Earlier this week elsewhere on the Internet I fell into a "discussion" with someone hiding behind a pseudonym. Thank you for holding the right ground.
A group of lower, middle and upper school teachers at Greensboro Day School are taking a ten week class on 21st century skills. It will be a great opportunity for us to work together across divisions and disciplines at our school and across the Independent School network. I teach 7th grade Social Studies. This is my 18th year!
Hi Everyone,
I heard about this from a collegue at work and thought I'd see what its all about! I teach 10th and 12th grade history at Crossroads School in Santa Monica.
Hi, I'm in marketing and communications at Branksome Hall. Not only do we do marketing for Admissions purposes, we also work on school publications and communication with parents. Finding the best and most effective way to reach our families is an ongoing challenge as people get digital overload even before they've caught up with the latest technologies. I hope to share ideas in the network.
Hi! I am a middle school computer applications teacher at Parish Episcopal School in Dallas, Tx.
Hello All,
I am the Director of Technology at All Saints Episcopal School. This site is a wonderful way to collaborate and keep abreast of emerging trends! Thank you for making this happen.
Hi Demetiri,

A former colleague sent me the link to join this network. I'm a marginally (at best) tech savvy theology teacher in Bethesda MD.
Thanks for setting up this site
Hi, I am a business/computer teacher at Loomis High School in Loomis, NE. I also am working on my Master's Degree at The University of Nebraska - Kearney.
Hello,

I am a COTA/L working in the MSCUSD#3 school district in Mahomet, IL (www.ms.k12.il.us) and other work sites. I am a member of our newly formed Assistive Tech Team and have joined in order to grow professionally and learn more about technology. Thank you for creating this site!
Hello all,
I am a teacher/administrator getting my eyes opened to the possibilities ... how exciting!
Happy to be here,
Heather
Hi everyone,
I am the Electronic Communications Specialist at Park Tudor School in Indianapolis, IN. I work in the Communications Dept. and am in charge of updating the content on our web site (parktudor.org) and our social media - Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, etc. I love looking at new ways to communicate to our many different audiences, so I look forward to seeing what other schools are doing. If you want to connect with me on Twitter, my username is @cassdull.
Howdy, fellow educators.

I've taught English and theatre in Middle Tennesee for over ten years and I had the pleasure of working with THE Demetri Orlando at my previous appointment. After ten years in a Socratic middle school classroom and on the ms stage, I am for the first time teaching in a high school Harkness setting. We are not a laptop school, but a school with laptops. We have great IT and information services specialists on campus.
Previously, I've used Moodle and an internet 1.0 website as well as some podcasts such as the divine Ms. Grammar Girl. Still looking for ways to excite the classroom with more 2.0 usage.

Jim
