I thought I'd start a discussion for all of those of us who are attending the NAIS Annual Conference this week to post resources, live blogs, etc.
My liveblogs can be found here. I haven't set up Friday's sessions yet, but Thursday's are waiting patiently. Just look over to the right under February for the titles.
I'm looking forward to meeting many folks from here "live" this week!

Permalink Reply by Sarah Hanawald on March 4, 2011 at 8:48pm Great! I'd love to hear about some of the ideas you've tried and how they went. I'll open with a failure: I went back to school and raved about Peter Gow's wiki for new teachers and got a general "meh" I'm hoping that was due to the pressures of this time of year (we're in the middle of enrollment, admissions, registration, etc) and not a more long term lack of interest.

OK, so I left the workshop committed to figuring out five things to improve my little corner of the edtech world.
First I decided to solicit and post favorite TED lectures on our GDSTechTips.wordpress.com blog. That was easy, though more are coming in, which is great. Then I decided to tackle Twitter and have made all sorts of silly goofs along the way, but I am finally settled in with TweetDeck and a set of lists to follow, and I even have some followers. Posting and following is fun -- and I am just finished with a dizzying Thursday night Twitter ISEDchat. Next I am collecting resources for my school on social networking as we go about crafting our SN identity. I've also committed myself to writing more. I have two blogs, plus the GDS TechTips, and I am trying to share more of what I write (scary for me). And last, but not least, I have renewed enthusiasm.
