Welcome to the first issue of The Daily Find. This newsletter is an integral part of the NAIS Annual Conference Online Community and focuses on the theme and topics of this year’s conference and those that are of interest to the Independent school community. This newsletter simply highlights articles, reflections and blogs posted by members of the NAIS online community and other independent school bloggers. This newsletter will also include news stories and links shared by members through their blogs and Twitter. While this is a Daily newsletter, it will start with posts every couple of days and become more frequent as we approach this year’s Annual Conference in Seattle February 29th through March 2. Please contact naisac12@gmail.com<mailto:naisac12@gmail.com> if you would like to add your blog to the list of independent school bloggers and would like it considered for content in The Daily Find.

The Daily Find is out. How can you participate in this year’s online community? Pass this around to your community and encourage them to follow from a distance if they can’t be in Seattle. There will be a lot of information coming out over the next week related to events in Seattle at the NAIS Annual Conference.

The Daily Find for February 28th is out for NAISAC12
You can read more at:

Follow the community at http://naisac12.wordpress.com/ and the collections published as The Daily Find throughout the conference. If you are attending in Seattle, consider writing a reflection and posting on your blog and sending me the URL so I can include it in The Daily Find. If you don't have a blog, you can still post by sending me an email with your reflection and I will post it in the community blog with attribution.

Finally, pass these around your community and encourage people to follow as they have the time. The opening speaker is Bill Gates on Thursday morning. Tomorrow are workshops and meetings so look for those reflections as well.
