Setting Up An Online Class

Are you teaching an online class? Have you set up an online class or webinar? Can you share your experiences with me?

I am setting up an online class on digital citizenship and media literacy for families. In the past I've handled much of this on Blackboard or via e-mail, but I'd like to get more structured and set up something a bit more formal.  Ideas?
