Hi,
Last year in our Lower School we gave every class a large poster board (36" x 72") and we had a snowman contest. Every class could create a snowman to represent their class. It was a wonderful activity. The creativity was amazing; we had surfing snowmen, patriotic snowmen, librarian snowmen... It was such fun to display all these snowman down the main hall of our school. They brought a smile to the faces of all who entered, and a sense of pride to the students as they worked together to decide on a theme, plan, and finally create. We wanted to do something similar, but not the identical idea. Have you tried any project in your school that was bonding and that helped to develop and strengthen community? I'd love a few ideas. Thanks.
