The Casady School in Oklahoma City has been a Blackbaud users for several years.   We are in the midst of building the Classroom Connect piece.  Is anyone using their hosting services?

Larry,

Shorecrest Preparatory School in St. Petersburg, FL has been using the service for two years. The first year was rough. The servers were slow and could not keep up with demand from its users. I believe the service became quite popular when it was initially offered. Service has been better this year but there are times when it is slow. The main advantage is that all software updates are taken care of which I understand can be quite a hastle.

Could the slowness come from your internal bandwidth limits?  I wonder if one needs to up the bandwidth to accommodate more net usage, especially when doing queries. Do you experience the same if accessing it off campus?

Thanks for responding.
