Shorecrest Preparatory School in St. Petersburg, FL has been using the service for two years. The first year was rough. The servers were slow and could not keep up with demand from its users. I believe the service became quite popular when it was initially offered. Service has been better this year but there are times when it is slow. The main advantage is that all software updates are taken care of which I understand can be quite a hastle.

Thanks for responding.
