Hello,
We have been talking to several middle schools in our area about revising/creating an athletic league that is a bit more stable (numbers of teams/athletes) so schedules and other details can be developed earlier along with several other things. My question is whether or not anyone out there is enjoying a great league that has a structure and regulations that allow for each school to participate flexibly with an idea of creating a competitive environment suitable for all students in middle school. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have an effective league for independent & private schools in the Augusta, GA/Aiken, SC area. Our athletic director serves as league commissioner, and I'm sure she would share the league's by-laws and practices with you. Contact me if you're interested in speaking with her.
