Professional Development Plan
Good morning everyone.
I'm the Technology Integration Specialist @ Sacred Heart School. SHS is a private, independent school on the north-side of Chicago. In addition to acting as the Technology leader/champion, I'm also charged with assisting a team of technology specialists to guide teachers (and staff) in the use and integration of tech tools in the classroom; and for their own productivity.
Instead of trying to blindly design a PD program/plan for our faculty, we thought we would garner feedback directly from them. As a result, we recently sent out a short survey (Google Forms) trying to solicit from them what they would need to comfortably use technology in the classroom. We received an astounding response - ~85%.
I'm attempting to draft a professional development plan based on the responses. However, rather than create something from scratch, I'm wondering if anyone of you already has a working, living plan that has been implemented. If not, perhaps I can be pointed in a specific direction.
