Does any school use basic technology proficiencies for their teachers? If so, how do you assess them?

Please share your strategies and ideas.

I would start with ISTE's National Educational Technology Standards as a reference point: http://www.iste.org/Content/NavigationMenu/NETS/ForTeachers/Nets_fo... There's lots to chew on there. As for assessment, it depends on what your goals are as a school. Lots of steps left out there, but hopefully you get the jist.
Thanks, Alex. We're familiar with the NETS, but trying to find a way to constructively assess them.
Ideally, we'd like to establish a baseline and a way to evaluate those skills and then how to best get those teachers up to speed. Essentially, I'd like to know the "what" but also the process and "how" for what works in other schools.
Just found this list searching for teacher technology assessment in google.
We just purchased Atomic Learning for this. It prescribes each teacher's training and keeps track.
