Has anyone found the Whipplehill giving and event registration lacking capability? If so, could you share what you are using as an alternative.
We want to be able to pass particular user defined variables to our merchant account and cannot manipulate the current forms.

Yes we have found the format of the registration limiting but I'm not sure why you want to send user defined variables to the merchant account. What are you trying to put into the variables?

Permalink Reply by Bill Pickett on March 30, 2011 at 4:02pm Thanks Ed. We want to pass a finer gradient of information from the webpage to the Merchant account report. I think we found a lead on a person to do this for us.
Permalink Reply by Emily Liu on May 16, 2011 at 10:05am Our workaround has been to add the account number to the end of the registration title. So our users also see "Reunion 2011 (xxxxxxxxxxx)" in the Event Registrations channel. Not a graceful solution, but it works.
Slightly related - I've submitted an idea to UserVoice to sort registrations by Active/Inactive, as currently they are listed in alphabetical order and there is no quick way to see which registrations are active. Votes would be much appreciated. Thanks!
