I am exploring the use of cloud based tools that can be accessed from tablet -PC as well as Mac. Tools like Evernote. I use an HP Envy in graduate school as well as here in the office. The small HDs of Tablet necessitates the use of a cloud based storage system. I use Sky Drive for files. Both tools let me collaborate with fellow students because of the online Office apps. This is new thinking when we buy MacBooks with 750 gig drives and find them wanting.

We are just now discussing plans for a 1to1 program in the future. I currently own a Win8 Dell XPS and am curious how this technology would integrate into a school's 1to1 program.
