Share 'App StoreVolume Purchasing'

Are any of you using (or considering) Apple's App Store Volume Purchasing option?http://www.apple.com/itunes/education/ If so, I'd love some feedback. If not, how are you managing teacher purchases of apps? Do they have to make a request before purchasing, or just submit receipts after the fact?
