"Our workaround has been to add the account number to the end of the registration title. So our users also see "Reunion 2011 (xxxxxxxxxxx)" in the Event Registrations channel. Not a graceful solution, but it works.

Yes we have found the format of the registration limiting but I'm not sure why you want to send user defined variables to the merchant account. What are you trying to put into the variables?

Has anyone found the Whipplehill giving and event registration lacking capability? If so, could you share what you are using as an alternative. We want to be able to pass particular user defined variables to our merchant account and cannot manipulate the current forms.BillSee More
