Hi Curt,
For some reason, I couldn't leave a comment on your post. I wanted to tell you I DO agree with you on both counts. But I especially agree that IT folks need to be accorded leadership roles within the admin structure of school, and far too often, that doesn't happen. Thanks for sharing this. Sorry I didn't run into you at NAIS.
I was enthralled by some of the answers you received to your ISED query about changing titles and duties. Your candor in posting it was also a breath of fresh air and a welcome change from the usual nuts and bolts posts. Good luck as you think that all through.
