Hey Justin,
Thanks for checking this ning out. There is a net-admins "group" ... I'm not sure yet how the "groups" will pan out... whether they are sticky enough. Their content only appears on their pages, so if you only ever hit the front page of this ning, you don't see those discussions. I guess it does give people a way to self-identify, and message a subset of the ning within that context.
