Setting up notifications
We're thinking about using Profile Validation, Bad Email and Missing Email messages but are confused/concerned about the frequency. From my understanding, once you set it up for a user you cannot change the frequency in perpetuity. We don't want to badger folks for their information, but we do want it. How have you handled this? We are constantly asked to send emails out in addition to our (extremely well read) weekly pushpage. This is usually accompanied by anxiety that THEIR specific message be heard.We try and advise folks that too many emails from the school is counterproductive but to no avail. Chris Hall said… - We purchased the Infosnap data shuttle over 2 years ago. Several thousand dollars later, we still have no data shuttle that works as promised. I have heard that WH announced in the summer that the data shuttle was working, but I've yet to be notified personally. Seems strange since they have our money and we have no product to show for it. I would not advise going in this direction.
