I do know Peter Gow and have used a lot of his materials and have gone to many of his workshops at NAIS. He's fabulous. I'd not heard of the MIT initiative but I will look into it. By the way, have you attended the Future of Learning Workshop at Harvard? It's offered through the Project Zero folks and happens the first week in August. I did it last summer and it is the chief reason for my shift in mindset. Really wonderful.

Hey Jim,
How's the head of school job search going? Am interested in knowing if your school is talking about how to make the curriculum more innovative. Especially how to create incentives for folks to innovate (we've got innovation grants this year but is there anything else?). Thanks.
