Lenovo CSI style laptop care video
This is a video Lenovo did a few years ago on caring for your laptop. It's still good though, and I ran into several people who couldn't find it, so I shamelessly uploaded it to YouTube. I find it helpful to show this to faculty regularly as well. . . I hope they'll do an update for tablets.

nice video...very clever with the spin on the tv program. This is something I may want to show to my MS students because we are in the process of pushing out a laptop program for our MS.

awesome! thanks so much for posting this. I need to show it to all my students! I think it does a great job of explaining how hits over time add up to "my computer doesn't work"
