Wendy, This is a great overview video about the power of networking for ALL students, including teachers. Even though they may not be part of a "class" they learn new things through their networks (both formal and informal) in the same ways. Thanks for creating this valuable resource! I think it will be very helpful in teacher professional development to help them understand the concept of PLNs.
